If you have yet to play Trillion, I highly recommend the Steam version, especially with the Deluxe Edition DLC. And let’s face it, Trillion has a huge amount of text attached to random events. While it would have been nice to see these addressed in the beta period, it appears that addressing other bugs was, naturally, of far higher priority. Unfortunately, most - if not all - of the original typos are still present in the Steam version, and some new ones have joined them. Likewise at least one instance of missing dialogue in the Vita version has been addressed in the Steam one. Language settings also reset on New Game +, so for the Vita release it is impossible to experience the opening section with Japanese audio. This was one of my bigger annoyances with the Vita release, as the opening is rather long and language settings are not accessible until it’s over. For the Steam release of Trillion, you are now prompted as to whether you wish to use Japanese audio at the start of the game. It’s nice to see that Idea Factory International did use the Steam release as opportunity to make a much needed improvement. On Idea Factory International’s end, the started the week by finally releasing the wonderful, yet cruel, Trillion (God of Destruction) on Steam. Potential news of an English release isn’t likely for sometime yet, if at all. Gun Gun Pixies is currently scheduled for a 2017 release window for Japan.

Taking performance into consideration, I would have been far happier with a PS4 version.
